Velvet Strip

Velvet Strip requires at least 12 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel, no show, or reschedule past the 12 hour window, you will be charged 30% of all services booked. This charge is non refundable. Please contact me ASAP via txt if you need to late cancel or reschedule as my booking system will not allow you to do so past the 12 hour window. If you no show (miss your appointment without contacting me) 2 times in a row your appointment requests will no longer be accepted. In the event that I need to cancel your appointment on my behalf after the 12 hour window you will get 30% off of your next service. LATE POLICY: If you are going to be late to your appointment please contact me ASAP via txt. I allow a 5 minute grace period. After the 5 minute mark you are considered late and some or all of your services MAY need to be rescheduled. In the event that your entire appointment needs to be rescheduled, 30% of your services booked will be charged. This is a non refundable charge. Not only are these policies in place to protect myself, but to respect my clients and their time as well. Thank you for understanding!
